10 KB Bicep Curls, each side
30  Russian Twist with Plate

Workout:

AMRAP (with a Partner) in 45 minutes
50 Burpees
400 meter Run
50 Wall balls
400 meter Run
50 TTB
400 meter Run
50 Bench press, (115/75lb)
400 meter Run                                                                                                                              50 box jumps                                                                                                                                   400 m run
Split work between partners as needed. Run together.
