Bladium Crossfit Labor Day Schedule:
We will have two classes, 8:15 and 9:15 AM. We will be doing a Hero Wod.

500 m row or 400 m run

Mobility:

CS/dynamic stretch

B warmup:

Coaches choice

Workout warmup:

Take 10 minutes to partner up, set up stations and do 3x5 of each movement

Workout:

As a team of 2 complete for time:
150 Cal Row
150 DB Snatches 50/35
300 Double Unders
150 Overhead Squats (75/55). If you can't do OHS, do front squats (95/65)
Partition reps as evenly as possible.
