O lifters, I'm sorry to say I don't have a coach again today. Again my apologies, both Erik and Andrew are out of town and I have to leave after 8am to take care of a family health issue.

Workout warmup:

10 min EMOM:

Power cleans, 1 from hang+1 from ground.

Warmup to workout weight then begin EMOM working up to something heavy.

With a partner
2 rounds
500 Double Unders
50 toes to bar
50 kettlebell swings (24kg/16kg)
50 cal row
50 power cleans (135/95)

Partition reps as necessary, one partner works at a time.
