14 min AMRAP with a partner

18 Dead Beat Lifts 135/95 (dead lifts)

18 Slap your partners, (push ups, facing partner you slap opposite hands at the top of every pushup, 9 PU's each)

18 Kettle Ball and Chain Squats 24/16kg (goblet squats)

1 shrug from hip+1 hang snatch+2 from ground. Start at 50% and add weight as you can
