Modified Presidents Day schedule.
We will have a 5:30 am class replacing the 5 and 6 am.
The 6:30 PM class will be cancelled. The rest of the schedule will remain unchanged.
Saturdays O lift class is cancelled as well.

Warmup:

500 m row or 400 m run

Mobility:

CS/Dynamic stretch

B warmup:

Partner burpee med ball toss, 30 sec of work, 30 sec of rest. 

Workout warmup:

10 min alternating EMOM

25 DU's

5 KB snatches each arm. Work up to your workout weight. 

Workout:

7 rounds for time of:
7 Weighted lunges, each leg. KB in front hold. 
7 kettlebell snatches, each arm. 24 kg/16 kg
28 double-unders
