5x3  jerks, warm up to 65% then do 1 push jerk+2 split jerks. 

Workout, with a partner:

20 min AMRAP
100 double unders
20 KB Jerks 20/12kg
20 V-ups
20 Ball Slams

One partner working on the amrap, other partner rowing at all times. Partition reps as necessary. 

Score is total reps + cal's on rower. 160 reps per round.
