With empty bar, 3 rounds of:

10 front squats

10 presses

10 push ups

10 shoulder kips, 2nd high knees, 3rd TTB

150 m run

Workout warmup:

Bench Press

Warmup to 70% then do:

5x5 @ 80%ish, 3 min rest between sets.

Workout:

9 min AMRAP

50 DU's

9 C&J 135/95, RX+ 155/105, rx++185/125

9 TTB

Lift:

5x5 Back Squat Start at 75% and get a 5 rep max for the day

Skill:

5x10 heavy wall ball. 30/20lb
