10 DL 255/175, Scaled A, 225/155 Scaled B, 185/125 DL, 65/35lb front squats

20 HSPU, Scaled A. Hand release push ups, Scaled B regular pushups

30 Front squats 75/55 Scaled A and B 65/45lb

Endurance:

5 rounds of:

15 kb swings (20/12kg)

12 box jumps (24/20)

9 pull ups

6 burpees

150 m run

Lift: 

Squat Cleans

Warm up to 65%, then

On the 2 min for 10 rounds do 3 squat cleans working up to a max triple for the day.

Skill:

5 max linked sets of C2B, 2 min rest between each set.
