Murph tomorrow, Wod times are 8, 9, 10, and BBQ at 11am. Come early to get warmed up on your own. We will start the workout close to the top of the hour.  Lets have a great turnout!!! 

Warmup:

partner 2000 m row, switch every 250 m.

Workout: 30 min AMRAP

5  box jumps (24/20)

10 Ring rows

15 Burpees

20 ball slams (40/30)

25 lunges

30 mountain climbers

35 second handstand hold

Every 4 minutes run 400 meters

Wod starts w/ 400 meter run
