Workout:

1 mile run buy in

Wait until everyone is back, then with no more than 2 people per station, do max reps in one minute then rest 1 min. rotating from station staying in order for 3 rounds. 


Station 1 –  Assault bike for cals

Station 2 – GHD situps

Station 3 – sled push 50 LB's

Station 4 - Slam balls

Station 5 - Sledge hammer on tire, Alternate hands each hit.

station 6 - sled pull 50 LB's

1 mile run cash out
