Warmup:

7 min Partner Sled Push relay, 50lbs

 3-4 people per team, alternate with partners pushing sled from end to end of turf. 

Workout:

Every 3 minutes for 2 rounds. 

Set1: Run 400m + Max Rep Pullups

Set2: Row 500m + Max Rep Pushups

Set3: Run 400m + Max Rep Air Squats

Set4: Row 500m + Max Rep Burpees

Set 5 Run 400m + Max Rep Sit-ups, palms on the ground

Set 6 row 500 m + max set of ring rows
