7 min team sled relay, 50lb, minimum  3 athletes per team. 

Workout:

With a partner

36 min AMRAP of:

10 wall walks
20 slam balls (30/20)
30 knees to elbows
40 walking lunge steps
50 Russian twists (25/15lb bumper)

Second partner must be in a plank for reps to count. Switch as often as you’d like
