1500 m partner row, Tabata style. 

Workout:

• 2K row (partners must switch on the minute)

• 30 over unders https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WfWdbrddtWw

• 10 synchro burpees over bar (facing). Chests must be touching ground at same time before you can proceed with next burpee.

• 60 Power Cleans (135/95) one bar unless coed. 

• 10 synchro burpees

• 90 Wall Balls (20/14)

• 10 synchro burpees

one partner works at a time, exception burpees.
