50 Lateral Burpees (over barbell)

50 Hang Power Cleans (95/65)

50 Air Squats

50 Push Press (95/65)

50 Sit-Ups, palms on ground

50 Deadlifts (185/125), same bar add weight

50 Ring Rows

50 Back Rack Walking Lunges (empty bar, 45/35)

50 DUs

50 Box Jumps (24/20″)

150 m run on the 3 min. with partner
Partition rep evenly one partner works at a time.
