Warmup:

Teams of four, 1st person completes 20/15 cals on Assault bike then moves on to tire pull. Next team member then jumps on Assault bike and completes cal and moves on to tire pull... then to sand bag over shoulder. Each teammate follows this Conga line style until you all do the 1st 3 movements, then three members will push the fourth member on the big sled white line to white line and back. 

One team works at a time

Assault bike 20/15 Cals
tire pull, length of rope x2(white line to white line on turf) then drag tire with rope back to starting position (fat tire is mens, tractor tire is women's.) 
15 sand bag over shoulder blue/red
Sled push, 4 person sled, 3 athletes push one rides. White line to white line and back. 

Coach please use stop watch to time each team
