Will need some help with set up from judges and volunteers. there will be a judges meeting after set up and 8:30 am sat morning. Judges must attend one of these meetings.

B warmup:

Partner Burpees, 6 min alternating burpees for 30 seconds, 30 seconds of rest. 

Workout warmup:

10 min alternating EMOM

odd min: 15/10 pushups

Even minute: max set of pullups, alternate your grip each round. 

Workout and Endurance:

40 Air Squats
30 AbMat Sit-Ups (palms on the ground)
150 m row or run
