Workout warmup:

5x3 Push Jerks, start @ 75% and add weight as you can. 

Workout:

20 min AMRAP with a partner

10 wall walks
20 Ball Slams (30/20)
30 knees to elbows
40 walking lunge steps
50 Russian twists (25/15)

Second partner must be in a plank for reps to count. Switch as often as you’d like
