Every 10 minutes, for 40 minutes (4 sets) for times:
400 Meter Run
20 Walking Lunges, Bumper overhead. 45/25lb
10 Ring Rows

5 Burpees
400 Meter Run

Cash out:

1 mile run or 2000/1600 m row

Finishers will do 7 burpees on the minute until the last athlete finishes.
