Each AMRAP begins with:

500 m row

30 DL, 185/125, sub back squat if you did Saturday wod. 155/105

10 burpee pullups

THEN:

Max effort after each AMRAP

  1. Situps, palms on the ground

  2. Lunges

  3. KB swings, 20/12kg

  4. Wall balls 20/14

  5. Burpees

One partner works at a time.

Score is total reps on part two of wod.
