Workout:

Every 10 minutes, for 40 minutes (4 sets) for times:

500 Meter Row

400 Meter Run

30 Kettlebell Snatches ( 20/12kg)

10 pullups

10 pushups

5 ring dips

Try to have consistent times for each round. Athletes should modify distances or reps to ensure at least 2 minutes of rest between sets.
