Big shout out to Liz Hall, our last remaining athlete still in the hunt to qualify for the Games. She is currently 94 in the world in her age category! Crossfit just announced Masters Qualifiers (regionals for Masters) 5 tough workouts she needs to complete by Monday evening.

One I think I'll program for Monday, 80 bar facing Burpees+4000 Meter row!😟
