5 min AMRAP:

Class sled push, split class into groups of four. two on one side of turf two on other. One teammate pushes sled to teammates on other side of turf, continue this for 5 minutes.  One fourth of your score will be added to your partner  WOD Score as additional reps (not rounds).

3 Wall Balls (20/14)
3 Ball Slams(30/20lbs)
3 Calorie Row

Next round is 6’s, then 9’s, etc…
