WOD:

Find a good steep hill, Central Park has several and Lowery Flood Control has a great berm south of Lowery Blvd off of Yosemite.

Then:

1 hill sprint

5 burpees at the summit

Jog 100 yds in one direction at the top of the hill

Jog down the hill slowly

Jog 100 yds back to starting position

2 min rest

Repeat for 10 rounds


This is a great simple workout for all. No better way to burn the quads, lungs and calves!!!
