3-2-1 GO!

The Gov has given us the green light to open the gym!!!

We’re planning on Tuesday June 16th. There will be some obvious changes and then more changes as we navigate through these unchartered waters. 

April and I will have a strategy session Monday to set our initial operating guidelines. I’ll fill you all in ASAP.

Home Wod:

Every 4 minutes, for 24 minutes (6 sets) for times:

5 Strict Pull-Ups

10 Sit Ups, palms on the ground

15 Push-Ups

20 Wall Ball Shots (20/14 lbs to 10′)

Score is total time worked

Gym Wod:

Every 4 minutes, for 24 minutes (6 sets) for times:

5 Strict Pull-Ups

10 Toes to Bar or 12 GHD situps or 15 V-ups

10 Bench Press 135/95

20 Wall Ball Shots (20/14)

Score is total time worked

Strength:

5x5 Front or Back squat @75%
